Since you're in Argentina, how can we hire your services?
Even though we’re “on the other side of the world,” we have the necessary infrastructure so you can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, just like you would with any other office in your own city!
The only thing to keep in mind is the time zone.
Due to the time difference, you can reach us starting at 2:00 PM Italian time, Monday through Friday, with Italian staff available to assist you.
How are translation rates calculated?
Prices are always calculated per word in the source language, except in the case of languages with different alphabets (such as Chinese or Arabic), in which case the words are calculated in the target language.
Some Italian translation agencies use rates based on standard pages, i.e., pages of 1,500 or 1,250 characters, including spaces.
For your information, one standard page in Italian is equivalent to approximately 180–200 words.
How can we trust the translations that have been done?
It's very simple: let us give you a sample.
We're here to provide you with a free sample of up to 100/200 words, which you can share with third parties if you wish.
Can we download your invoice from the Italian accounting system?
Of course! Standard invoices are issued in accordance with Argentine law and sent at the end of each month via email (in PDF format).
Invoices issued to customers based in the European Union are VAT-exempt and no customs duties apply.
How are payments made?
We accept payments via bank transfer using an Italian IBAN or through PayPal.
Generally, for the first order, payment is made upon delivery; thereafter, payment is due 30 days after the end of the month.
Subsequent terms are agreed upon specifically with each individual customer.
What types of files do you accept?
We accept all types of files, including both text and graphics, and we typically receive them via email.
For large files, we set up an FTP folder on our server to ensure a smooth transfer.
We will then send you the translated texts in the same format in which we received them and with the same layout.
Files can be in the following formats: MS Office, Open Office, Trados (XLIFF), Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, PDF, HTML, and other CAT tools formats.
